Reeshad Dalal is a Professor of Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. He received his Ph.D. in 2003 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and then taught at Purdue University for four years before joining Mason. He is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, where he also serves on the Executive Board, and the Association for Psychological Science.

Reeshad's research has been published in outlets that include (among several others) the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organizational Research Methods, the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, the Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, and Judgment and Decision Making. He is an Associate Editor at the Journal of Business and Psychology and he serves or has previously served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Management, the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Academy of Management Journal, and Personality Science. He has received over 4 million dollars in external funding as Principal or Co-Principal Investigator, primarily from the National Science Foundation, the Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences, and the Department of Homeland Security (along with its Swedish and Dutch counterparts). His other roles include serving as the I-O MA student coordinator and as the faculty advisor for Mason's chapter of the Volunteer Program Assessment.
